These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) form a binding legal contract between you — as a visitor, participant, sponsor, speaker, award nominee, delegate, or other user (“you”, “your”, “Participant”) — and MysticVerse Global events and activities, including but not limited to conferences, workshops, content sharing platforms, collaborations, and associated services (collectively “Services”). By accessing or participating in any MysticVerse Global Services, whether online, in-person, or hybrid, you accept and agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement and all applicable local, national, and international laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or access these Services.

2. Applicability and Acceptance

This Agreement applies to all forms of interactions and associations with MysticVerse Global — including attendance, speaking engagements, sponsorships, award nominations, exhibitor participation, content posting, networking, and digital platform access. By engaging with any MysticVerse Global Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any event-specific rules, policies, or codes of conduct issued for specific programs.

3. Changes to Terms

MysticVerse Global reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate this Agreement (in whole or in part) at any time and for any reason without prior notice. The latest version will be posted at an accessible location, and your continued use will signify acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content made available through MysticVerse Global — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and speaker materials — is the intellectual property of MysticVerse Global, its affiliates, or its licensors.

Usage: You may view and download material for personal or internal use only, provided you retain all copyright notices.

Restrictions: Except with express written permission, no material may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially in any form.

5. Trademarks

MysticVerse Global, associated logos, and taglines are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of any MysticVerse Global trademarks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. External Links

MysticVerse Global Services may contain links to third-party websites. MysticVerse Global does not endorse or have control over these sites and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

7. User Content and Submissions

Any information or materials you submit (“Submissions”) via MysticVerse Global Services become the property of MysticVerse Global and may be used, modified, or distributed for any purpose without compensation. You grant MysticVerse Global a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use your Submissions.

8. Participation and Conduct

Participants must behave professionally and respectfully. MysticVerse Global may refuse access or terminate participation if conduct is unlawful, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. Participants are responsible for their own equipment, travel, visas, and accommodation costs.

9. Fees, Registration, and Refund Policy

Payment: Fees for registration, nominations, or sponsorships must be paid at published rates.

Refund Policy:

• A refund with a 10% deduction is available if requested within 15 days of the booking and payment date.
• Beyond 15 days from the booking and payment date, no refund shall be applicable.

Event Cancellation: In the event MysticVerse Global cancels an event, full refunds will be processed.

Exclusions: No refunds are provided for postponements, travel issues, visa refusals, or personal circumstances unless otherwise stated.

10. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Not Applicable.

11. Force Majeure

MysticVerse Global shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

12. Liability and Disclaimers

MysticVerse Global makes no representations regarding the accuracy or suitability of information provided through its Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. MysticVerse Global and its affiliates are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the appropriate jurisdiction where MysticVerse Global is legally incorporated or operates, subject to compulsory local laws in India.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, that provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
