For nearly thirty years, my work has been devoted to exploring energy, consciousness and the deeper dimensions of human experience. Throughout this time, I have experienced different spiritual paths, developed my understanding and continued to deepen my practice. Reiki, Seichem, meditation, energy centre harmonisation and working with consciousness have gradually become an integral part of my journey.
Over time, however, my work began to develop into another dimension. I discovered a form of deep meditative trance through which I experience spiritual images, connections and impressions that I subsequently bring into my work with each individual.
This is how my distinctive approach, now known as ATANA, gradually took shape.
It is not a universal technique that I apply in the same way to everyone. Every session is individual. I follow what I perceive during the process and the guidance I experience receiving at that particular moment.
The Amethyst Tunnel – A Journey into Deeper Layers of Perception
One of the most distinctive elements of my work is a spiritual journey that I experience during deep trance as passing through a tunnel lined with amethysts.
At the end of this tunnel, in certain cases, I encounter what I perceive as a past life connected with the person I am working with.
Within this experience, particular situations, events and circumstances may unfold before me, which I perceive as part of that person's past-life story. Sometimes, I also perceive an illness or suffering associated with that experience.
I understand these encounters as personal spiritual experiences, not as medical explanations for a person's present health condition.
Not every session requires continuing into further spiritual dimensions. In some situations involving everyday life difficulties, this initial experience may already provide an important insight into certain connections.
After returning from the trance, I speak with the client about what I have perceived. I share the message and recommendations that emerged during the process.
For me, it is important that a person does not remain focused solely on the experience itself, but is able to reflect on its meaning and consider how it may relate to everyday life.
The Journey to the Source – A Separate Dimension of My Process
In more challenging and complex cases, my work may continue through another, separate spiritual journey.
I call it the journey to the Source.
During this part of the process, I experience spiritual guides accompanying me towards the Gate of the Source. Their guidance ends there. I enter the Source alone.
Within the Source, I receive what I experience as guidance and instructions concerning the further direction of the spiritual process.
This experience has a special significance for me. It is not the same as the journey through the amethyst tunnel. These are two distinct dimensions of my work, each with its own course and purpose.
I approach entering the Source with profound respect and humility. I do not consider myself the source of healing, nor do I see myself as someone who has power over another person. I understand my role as that of someone who receives spiritual guidance and subsequently brings it into the work with the client.
Humility is one of the most important principles of this journey for me.
Returning from Trance – Where Spiritual Experience Meets Everyday Life The trance itself is not the entire session. A very important part of my work begins after I return.
When I return to my ordinary state of awareness, I have a personal conversation with the client. I explain what I perceived during the process, what messages emerged and what recommendations I received.
Sometimes these messages concern forgiveness, relationships or unresolved emotions. At other times, they point towards personal attitudes, recurring behavioural patterns or the way a person approaches themselves and others.
I believe that people often need more than simply hearing an answer. They need to understand it.
That is why I want every session to become an opportunity for greater self-awareness and for recognising the possibilities that each person has within their own hands.
True Transformation Begins Within the Individual
One of the most important principles of my work is the belief that a spiritual experience alone is not enough.
A person may receive new insight and recognise certain connections, but real change begins when they start working on themselves.
Very often, this involves understanding the influence of the ego: the need to always be right, to control situations, to defend oneself, to impose one's own expectations or to struggle to accept another person's perspective.
This is where important inner work begins.
For me, humility does not mean weakness or losing one's own worth. It means having the ability to look at ourselves honestly, acknowledge our own imperfections, understand another person and learn to forgive.
Love, compassion, forgiveness and personal responsibility are not simply spiritual concepts. Their true meaning becomes visible through our everyday behaviour.
That is why I never see the client as a passive recipient of help. They are an active participant in their own transformation.
ATANA – An Individual Journey for Every Person
Over nearly three decades, I have worked with people from different countries and backgrounds. My work includes both in-person and remote sessions.
Alongside trance-based spiritual work, I incorporate Reiki, Seichem, meditation and energy harmonisation.
Every person is different. For this reason, I do not try to predetermine how a session must unfold. I approach each person individually, with respect for their personal story and life circumstances.
I do not present my spiritual perceptions as medical diagnoses or as a replacement for professional healthcare. They are part of a personal spiritual practice focused on awareness, understanding and inner development.
The details of my method have evolved over many years of experience, spiritual exploration and personal work. Not every dimension of this process can easily be expressed in words. Perhaps this is why it is important to me to preserve space within my practice for what cannot simply be communicated as an ordinary set of instructions.
When the Journey Ends, Inner Transformation Continues
If I were to describe the essence of my work, I would say that it goes beyond energy healing alone.
It is a journey towards a deeper understanding of the individual, their inner world and the possibilities available to them along their life path.
The amethyst tunnel, spiritual guidance, the journey to the Source and the subsequent conversation with the client are different parts of a process whose purpose is to bring new understanding and support personal transformation.
I believe that the greatest meaning of spiritual work does not lie in making a person dependent on someone else. I see its purpose in helping each individual gradually discover their own responsibility, awareness, humility and ability to live with greater love and compassion.
The journey may lead beyond what we can ordinarily perceive. Yet its most important transformation ultimately takes place within the individual.
